PARK CITY CENTER is the only bona fide shopping mall in its trade area. There are other regional-class shopping hubs, such as TANGER OUTLETS LANCASTER. This complex opened, as LANCASTER OUTLET CITY, in 1982. It became a Tanger property in 1994. With a 2017 expansion, it encompassed 374,000 leasable square feet and contained ninety tenant spaces.

ROCKVALE OUTLETS LANCASTER opened for business, with eleven stores, in 1986. It was expanded in 1987, 1988 and 1989. In the 21st century, it encompasses 560,000 leasable square feet and houses over ninety stores and services.
