Texan grocer H-E-B added a store to MYERLAND PLAZA. The 2-level structure was comprised of a 96,000 square foot supermarket and bi-level parking deck. These were completed in the fall of 2019.

Our final PLAZA plan dates to 2020. The original cinema was replaced with the Meyerland Cinema 8 multiplex, which was in business between 1995 and 2000. After this second cinema was bulldozed, in 2004, the south side strip plaza was expanded in two phases (medium gray). The H-E-B store now occupies the northwest corner of the mall site.
