Texan grocer H-E-B added a store to MYERLAND PLAZA. The 2-level structure was comprised of a 96,000 square foot supermarket and bi-level parking deck. These were completed in the fall of 2019.

Our final PLAZA plan is dated 2020. By this time, more modifications have been made. The original cinema was replaced with the Meyerland Cinema 8 multiplex, which was only in existence between 1995 and 2004. After this second cinema was bulldozed, the south side strip plaza was expanded in two phases (in medium gray). The aforementioned H-E-B store now occupies the northwest corner of the site.
