Stein Mart was one of eight stores housed in the first phase of the south parking area strip center. Stein Mart pulled up stakes in the fall of 2020.

Circuit City opened as part of the second phase of south strip center stores. It morphed into a Best Buy in the spring of 2010, which was shuttered in the fall of 2020. The space was assumed by Nordstrom Rack in the fall of 2024.
