A plan of the prospective COTTONWOOD. The only structures from the mall were to be Macy's (nee' ZCMI) and an adjacent parking garage. The shuttering of Macy's, in early 2017, caused the Hughes Corporation to abandon the long-delayed redevelopment plan.
