The mall's 14-bay culinary complex, once known as the Veranda Cafe, was also built in part of the former Robinson's / Maison Blanche store.

The final phase of the 1989-1993 mall makeover involved construction of this J.C. Penney. It replaced a circa-1964 store at WINTER PARK MALL and was in operation at the FASHION SQUARE for over 27 years.

FASHION SQUARE has had three theatrical venues over the years. The first, a freestanding multiplex, was in operation between 1976 and 1990. It was replaced by another multiplex, which was built across the avenue. This venue operated between 1990 and 2000. An in-mall Premiere Cinemas 14-plex (seen above) made its debut in July 2004.
