This store opened, as the mall's second Maison Blanche, in 1990. Its stint as a Gayfers was short. The store morphed into a Dillard's in 1998. It was demoted to a Dillard's Clearance Center in August 2014, which utilized only the ground level of the building.

An elevator and escalator combo carries shoppers between the two levels of the Dillard's Wing. This area was fashioned out of the old Robinson's-Maison Blanche store in late 1991.
