One of the more recent modifications at LAKEWOOD CENTER reconfigured the Terrace Cafes Food Court, on Level 2, as a Round 1 Bowling & Amusement Center. The entertainment facility opened for business in September 2013.

2018. The mall's original Macy's has been knocked down and replaced by Costco. This store, which did not connect with the shopping concourse, was dedicated in early 2009. At the same time, a vacant Mervyn's was repurposed as a large-format Forever 21. Since the 2006 layout, several of the mall's inline and peripheral store spaces have been reconfigured or retenanted.
