The new South Wing added 400,000 square feet to the mall, which now encompassed approximately 1,682,961 leasable square feet. There were 218 stores and services. With this renovation, WESTFIELD SOUTHCENTER was firmly entrenched as Greater Seattle's preeminent shopping center.

The Cove entrance leads into The Valley, a Level 1 shopping concourse flanked by trendy boutiques. On Level 3 is a 16-screen AMC megaplex.
