The Streetscape, an open-air lifestyle center, was attached to the south facade of the TOWNE CENTRE in 2003-2004.

Said Streetscape housed stores and restaurants such as Maggiano's Little Italy, The Cheesecake Factory and Restoration Hardware.

The west end of the mall was rebuilt between 2007 and 2009. A new wing, anchored by Nordstrom, replaced an abandoned Pogue's-Penney's-Parisian store.

21st century renovations are shown in a circa-2010 physical layout. The south side Streetscape is indicated in medium gray. The new Nordstrom Wing appears in light gray. The north anchor store has also been enlarged and a second parking deck built. With these modifications, KENWOOD TOWNE CENTRE spans approximately 1,161,500 leasable square feet and contains 168 stores under its roof.
