The west end of the mall was rebuilt between 2007 and 2009. A new wing, anchored by Nordstrom, replaced an abandoned Pogue's-Penney's-Parisian store.

In a circa-2010 physical layout, we see expansions and renovations done in the 21st century. The south side Streetscape, and a 2005 enlargement of the north anchor store, are shown in medium gray. The new Nordstrom Wing appears in light gray. With these modifications, KENWOOD TOWNE CENTRE spans 1,161,500 leasable square feet and contains 168 stores under its roof.

During 2012 and 2013, the mall was given an interior makeover to cement its position as the preeminent retail venue in Greater Cincinnati. New flooring and skylights were installed and a new Main Entrance built. The existing Food Court (seen above) was also refurbished.
