PERIMETER MALL was enlarged again in the late 1990s. As with the 1982 expansion, a new logo was created.

The 1997-1998 renovation added a large parking garage and fourth anchor store; Nordstrom. The mall now spanned around 1,446,000 leasable square feet. There were 185 stores and services and free parking for 7,100 autos.
An interior view of the mall's original Macy's....er......make that Bloomingdale's. In February 2003, the Rich's chain morphed into Rich's-Macy's. The PERIMETER Macy's (previously a Davison's) was shuttered. The Rich's store became the mall's second -and present- Macy's. The original Macy's re-opened as a Bloomingdale's in October 2003. This store would be in operation for over 8 years.
