The Plymouth Grille was a kiosk-type snack bar adjacent to the mall's Woolworth's Harvest House Cafeteria.

Strawbridge & Clothier opened its doors in February 1966. One of the store's many features was its Plymouth Terrace restaurant.

Philly-based Lit Brothers anchored the northeast end of the mall. Their store welcomed first shoppers in October 1966. Like Strawbridge & Clothier, it included an upscale restaurant.
