More changes have been made by 1993. The East Court was fitted with a pyramidal skylight as the mall was enclosed. This area was renamed the Pyramid Court. The Food Park was installed in 1981. 3 years later, an Upper Mall concourse was completed. More renovation was done in 1989 and 1990, when Ward's downsized and its northeast corner was reconfigured as the Atrium Court. Much construction has also been done on the mall's west end (in light gray).

A rendering of a remodeled West Court. It would be covered by a pyramidal skylight and front on a shiny new Dillard's store. This "Men's & Home" mercantile would replace J.C. Penney, which had bolted from WINROCK CENTER in 1990.

The entire west end of WINROCK CENTER was bulldozed and rebuilt as part of the West Court project. In addition to the new Dillards, inline retail space was created. This housed stores such as Borders Books, Victoria's Secret and Talbots. When construction dust settled in October 1993, shoppers could enter the mall through this new West Entrance.
