A circa-1996 view of the mall's 12-bay Food Court. It was installed in Level 1 space in the southwest corner of the complex.

Another interior view. This was taken inside a new West Wing, which was added to GARDEN STATE PLAZA in 1995-1996.

Oz-based Westfield bought an interest in the mall in late 1986. In 1998, they branded the complex under the Westfield name. A circa-2007 layout highlights recent expansions. A West Wing, from the mid-1990s, appears in dark gray. This brought new Lord & Taylor and Neiman Marcus anchors. A subsequent enlargement (light gray) was completed in 2007. This added the south mall "Entertainment Wing," which included the AMC Garden State 16.
