After five expansions, WESTFIELD GARDEN STATE PLAZA encompasses approximately 2,182,900 leasable square feet and houses 314 stores. The Premium Fashion District, in the southwest corner of the complex, is indicated in medium gray. The closing of J.C. Penney, in 2018, created room for several new inline stores (dark gray). Lord & Taylor went dark in 2021, after anchoring the mall for over 25 years.
