The final footprint of RANDHURST MALL. The complex underwent a large-scale renovation in 2003-2004. The old Carson's-J.C. Penney and Kohl's structures, on the southeast corner, were replaced with a new Costco. The old The Fair-Montgomery Ward was also partially demolished. An Applebee's Grill & Bar was installed in part of the remaining structure.

The Promenade Entrance, adjacent to the new Applebee's, was added as part of the 2003-2004 renovation.
