What will serve as the final footprint of RANDHURST MALL. The complex underwent a large-scale renovation in 2003-2004. The old Carson's / J.C. Penney and Kohl's structures, on the southeast corner, were replaced with a new Costco. The old The Fair / Montgomery Ward was also partially demolished. An Applebee's was installed in part of the remaining structure.

The Promenade Entrance, adjacent to the new Applebee's, was added as part of the 2003-2004 renovation.
