In the late '80s, three original anchors were joined by Joseph Spiess and MainStreet. MainStreet morphed into Kohl's in 1989. Spiess' space was divided into Circuit City and Old Navy units in 1995. On the periphery, a new Home Depot, Jewel-Osco and multiplex have been built. In 1998, RANDHURST MALL spans around 1,268,900 leasable square feet and houses 140 stores. Free parking is provided for 6,500 autos.
