A freestanding structure, built in the northeast corner of the mall site, houses Pei Wei Asian Diner and Potbelly Sandwich Works.

The existing cinema, which had been expanded into a 7-plex, was enlarged and upgraded into the state-of-the-art Regal Moorestown Mall Stadium 12 & RPX. The venue debuted in December 2013.

In 2012, new mall entrances were installed. The center also started leasing space to more upscale boutiques and bistros. This was aided by the voter repeal of a 1915 liquor-by-the-drink ordinance, making it possible for trendy sit-down restaurants to operate in the mall. One of the first to open was Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, which is seen on the right.

In 2015, the culinary complex at MOORESTOWN MALL was thoroughly renovated, with four new restaurants added. The revitalized facility was renamed the Dining Court.

One of the mall's newest sit-down restaurants is Yard House, which welcomed its first patrons in December 2015.
