NORTH VALLEY CENTER / MALL had a rapid success and decline trajectory. By the mid-1980s, the complex was already faltering. Virtually vacant by the early '90s, it was reconfigured as an office complex between 1996 and 1998. Above, we see the old May-D & F structure.
