In 1996, both FASHION SQUARE anchor stores were rebranded. The old The Broadway building was also enlarged (in medium gray). The mall was acquired by Oz-based Westfield in 2002. It was renamed then, and again in 2005. Officially promoted as WESTFIELD FASHION SQUARE, the complex was given an interior face lift between 2011 and 2013.
