Zooming forward 36 years, we come to a circa-2008 site plan. It shows the DEL AMO FASHION SQUARE mall that was joined with the neighboring DEL AMO CENTER in 1981. The married malls were renamed DEL AMO FASHION CENTER. In 2006, an "Outdoor Promenade" (in light gray) was dedicated on the FASHION SQUARE end of the complex.

During a 2013-2016 renovation, inline store sections completed in 1966 and 1971 were demolished. All that remained of the original BULLOCK'S FASHION SQUARE was the Macy's Women's (nee' Bullock's) anchor store. A new double-decked mall was built, which included a new Nordstrom department store.
