The JCPenney store, seen in the background of this snapshot, was a fixture at WHITE MOUNTAIN MALL for over 38 years.

Penny's pulled out of the mall in April 2016. The store was divided into two spaces, with the largest leased as a T.J. Maxx. The store welcomed its first shoppers in October 2016.
