The fully-enclosed shopping complex was entirely a single-level structure. In its original state, it spanned approximately 320,000 leasable square feet and housed forty-nine stores and services. The parking area had spaces for 1,700 autos. A prospective Northwest Wing expansion is shown in light gray. It would never be built.
