In a circa-1995 layout, the cinema is shown in variations of gray. The original Gateway 3 appears in dark gray, with the Midco 8 addition in a lighter shade. By this time, two anchor stores have changed. Menards assumed a vacant White Mart in December 1987. Jacobs Trading Company has just moved into the Lucas spot. With these modifications, the mall encompasses around 346,500 leasable square feet.

Our GATEWAY logo montage features stores that anchored the mall during the 1970s, '80s and '90s.
