In 2017, NUGGET MALL encompassed 149,900 leasable square feet and contained twenty-six store spaces. A new Sportsman's Warehouse opened in 2016. The complex would soon be entangled in a legal dispute between the heirs of its original developers. The mall was left in a sort of retail limbo...
