Here we see the mallway entrance of the Woolworth's store. The shopping hub's Upper Mezzanine of leased office spaces may also be seen. This concourse ran along the east side of the structure.

In 1964, the 14 million dollar COTTONWOOD MALL encompassed approximately 543,000 leasable square feet. There were forty inline stores on a Main Floor and Downstairs Mall. The Upper Mezzanine housed fifteen office suites. The original parking area could accommodate 2,500 autos.
