BCBGMaxAzria, or "Bon Chic Bon Genre" ("good style, good attitude"). This fashion-forward merchandiser established a STATEN ISLAND MALL store in 2014. It was joined by other high-end boutiques, such as L'Occitane En Provence, Aveda, Soma Intimates and M.A.C. Cosmetics.

Ireland's Primark opened several Stateside locations during the late 2010s. A store was dedicated at STATEN ISLAND MALL in early 2017. It occupied 73,000 square feet in the upper level of a downsized Sears.
