The Wehrenbergh Jamestown 14 Cine was built in existing mall space, displacing eight inline stores. This state-of-the-art megaplex was inaugurated in November 1998.

The mall was expanded and rebuilt between 1994 and 1998. A new Famous-Barr opened for business in July 1994, followed by J.C. Penney, in April 1995. These stores anchored a new East Wing (in light gray). With its new 14 Cine theater (in dark gray), JAMESTOWN MALL spanned approximately 1,010,400 leasable square feet. Its enlarged parking area now accommodated 5,400 autos.
