After languishing as a vacant and deteriorating structure for several years, PAROLE PLAZA was demolished. An upscale lifestyle center was built, which opened for business between October 2008 and April 2009. The new ANNAPOLIS TOWNE CENTRE (AT PAROLE) encompassed 2.1 million square feet of retail, office and residential components.
