By 1966, the CHARLESTON PLAZA mall is fully realized. The original core complex (in black) has been expanded. A new enclosed concourse now connects with a Woolco discount mart. A single-screen Fox Theatre anchors the south end of the complex. With these improvements, the PLAZA encompasses approximately 320,000 leasable square feet. There are forty-two tenant spaces.
