Our final OXNARD / CENTERPOINT MALL plan is dated 2013. Over the past 33 years, the shopping facility has not been expanded. However, various peripheral structures have come and gone. The newest in-mall tenants are Dollar Tree and dd's discounts (both contained in the north anchor space). WalMart opened (in the south anchor box) in January 2013.

Across the road, the SUPER SHOPPING CENTER continues to serve the community. These days, it is known as ISLAND PLAZA. There are twenty-seven store spaces in its main structure.
