Westfield sold the mall in late 2015, with its original name reinstated. The complex has gone through several changes by 2022. The western anchor was expanded and "Macy-ated." The Cinetopia megaplex opened. Lastly, two abandoned anchor stores were repurposed. The old Nordstrom was divided between H & M and Gold's Gym. Sears was reconfigured as a Hobby Lobby, Round One and Sephora.
Sears pulled up stakes in November 2018. The building was divided three ways, as described above. Round One occupied the upper level and opened in the spring of 2021.

Mall entrances were rebuilt as part of a 2010s indoor-outdoor face lift. In the 2020s, the Washington State shopping mall covered approximately 929,000 leasable square feet, with 124 stores and services. Free parking was provided for nearly 4,300 autos.
