A freestanding Luby's Cafeteria and Cinemark megaplex opened at the shopping center site in 2013. The enclosed mall was demolished late in the same year, with only the old Woolco (in black) left standing. It became part of the newly-built PHARR TOWN CENTER, whose first stores opened in August 2014.
