A major renovation commenced in February 1994. The complex was, basically, turned inside out, with its mall concourse becoming a truck court. Stores were reoriented with exterior entries. A new Venture discount store was built and a strip plaza (in gray) added to the south parking area. The reconfigured MEYERLAND PLAZA was officially dedicated in the spring of 1995.
