A circa-2010 physical layout shows areas renovated or expanded during the early 2000s redo. The Bon Ton, which has been enlarged to 179,000 square feet, was re-dedicated in October 2008. With these improvements, PARK CITY CENTER covers approximately 1,447,000 leasable square feet, with parking provisions for 7,000 autos.

 

 

Our most recent PARK CITY plan dates to 2025. The Bon Ton went south, along with Bon Ton Stores, in August 2018. Sears pulled their proverbial plug in March 2019. A Round 1 Bowling & Amusement Center opened -in the Upper Level of Sears- in March 2021. A furniture store assumed the old Bon Ton building in November 2024.
