The mall's original Foleys was a single-level store of 263,000 square feet. It opened for business, as part of the new East Wing, in February 1974.

The first Foley's had become outdated by the late 1990s. A new store was built on the northeast corner of the East Wing. It encompassed 2 levels and 294,600 square feet. The first cash register ring-up took place in November 2001.
