A third mall expansion wrapped up in the spring of 2010. This project replaced a vacant Robinsons-May with a new Nordstrom. Thirteen inline stores (in medium gray) were also added. With these improvements, LOS CERRITOS CENTER covered approximately 1,354,400 leasable square feet. There were 180 inline stores and thirty-six kiosks.

LOS CERRITOS, circa-2016. A pesky, vacant Nordstrom, abandoned when the retailer moved to a new store, has been demolished. Its replacement is a state-of-the-art Harkins megaplex. The old United Artists venue, in the mall's South Wing, has also been surgically extracted. Dick's Sporting Goods has taken its place. The mall's gross leasable area now stands at around 1,367,000 square feet, with 184 inline stores and twenty-six kiosks.

The mall's sole remaining original anchor store went dark in January 2019. Sears, who operated a LOS CERRITOS store for 46 years, pulled up stakes as part of a national retail retreat.
