In a circa-2025 plan, structures built for POMPANO CITI CENTRE are shown in medium gray. Sears, which anchored the mall and power center for 48 years, pulled up stakes in late 2018. Its vacant building was divided into five store spaces. Macy's (nee' Burdines) bolted from the mall in early 2020. The abandoned anchor store was bulldozed and is being replaced by a residential complex.
