OMNI OFFICES was a redevelopment of the south end of the moribund OMNI mall. Providing 5 levels of leasable space, the OFFICES was dedicated in January 2010. In essence, it recycled the old Jordan Marsh-Burdines store, which was vacated in May 1992.

A fully-redeveloped OMNI CENTER was to include a 4-floor "vertical mall" of 300,000 leasable square feet. OMNI SHOPS was to fill the abandoned J.C. Penney at the north end of the mall. This refurbishment project was eventually abandoned.
