Miami's MetroMover, an aerial transit system, extended service to the OMNI complex in May 1994.

The MetroMover Omni Station connected into the south end of the mall via a skywalk. The train terminal was renamed Adrienne Arsht Center Station in 2009 in honor of the adjacent Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts.
