In January 2022, the mall changed hands again. Inline store tenants were given eviction notices in March, as part of an impending demalling. The interior shopping concourse was shuttered. Its west end was rebuilt as new Burlington and Hobby Lobby locations; these having only exterior entrances. Remaining area is being reconfigured as new outside entrance stores.
