By 2009, the mall has evolved into one of -if not- the most upscale shopping centers in Greater Pittsburgh. A front side food court was completed in 1994 (dark gray). A new cinema (medium gray) was built in 1998. A freestanding Barnes & Noble opened in April 2005.
