A 5-bay culinary complex, dubbed Cafe' Woodmar, was built in a small circa-1981 mall addition. The food court featured Schoop's Hamburgers, Pizza Pizzazz, Zante's Deli and Franks & Fries. Vendors opened in December 1986.

A circa-1987 site plan shows the orientation of the Court of Lions, Court of the Turtles and Cafe' Woodmar. Officially promoted as WOODMAR MALL since 1979, the complex now contains fifty stores and services.
