In 2018, the mall spans six city blocks and covers around 650,000 leasable square feet. During the 2010s renovation, Level 1 of the north block was gutted, with a Ross Dress For Less installed. Nordstrom closed their south block store in April 2018. Gazing into a retail crystal ball, we see that J.C. Penney will be shuttered in October 2020, with Macy's pulling their proverbial plug in March 2025.
