The LENOX SQUARE Rich's opened, along with the mall, in August 1959. The store was the chain's third branch and included two restaurants; the Magnolia Room and B'rer Fox Room cafeteria.

Here we see the south end of the Mall Level concourse. That would be Davison's, and then Muse's, on the left. On the right is the upper level entrance of the S.S. Kresge 5 & dime.

The LENOX SQUARE Kresge's covered 40,500 square feet. The store included a basement sales floor.
