Ross Dress For Less and Marshalls stores were established in lower level space beneath Target. These retailers began business in late 2006.

In a circa-2006 layout, we see changes made over the past several years. These modifications include the aforementioned Food Court and Target-Marshalls-Ross structure. An Outback Steakhouse has also been built, as freestanding store, in the front parking area.
