SOUTH SHORE PLAZA, as it was configured in late 2010. With the October completion of the East Wing expansion (in medium gray), the center encompassed approximately 1,607,000 leasable square feet...with a retail roster of 220 stores.

Ireland's Primark chain, a trendy low price point fashion retailer, opened a SOUTH SHORE PLAZA store in June 2017. It was installed in the upper level of the old Sears.
