In a circa-2009 FLORIN TOWNE CENTRE plan, remnants of the former mall (Sears, its Auto Center, and five outparcels) are surrounded in blue. Mervyn's, the large green space in the lower right, was the first store to open -and close- in the new complex. Sears would go dark in February 2019.
