By the late '80s, NORMANDY MALL was on the skids. It was shuttered in March 1994 and sat vacant and boarded up for several years. In the late 1990s, the Montgomery / Jefferson Ward structure was renovated. It re-opened, as NORMANDY VILLAGE, in September 1997. The primary tenant was the Winn-Dixie Marketplace seen here.
