At the time of a circa-1975 layout, GREEN MOUNTAIN MALL encompassed around 181,000 leasable square feet. There were fifteen tenant spaces and free parking for 900 autos.

Over the years, both Zayre and J.C. Penney operated in two spaces in the mall. The south anchor box housed both stores at different times. This building, which is seen on the right, also had stints as Rich's and Ames discount stores.

A Sears Appliance & Hardware, or "Hometown Store," was a GREEN MOUNTAIN MALL tenant for 37 years.
