The physical structure of the original NATICK MALL was never expanded. However, space in its northwest corner was reconfigured. Pray's Furniture closed. Boston Baby, a children's furniture and toy store, set up shop in 1971. This morphed into Play Mart in 1975. The store had closed by 1979, with its space gutted. Twenty-two small stores were installed, along with a 4-bay Food Court. These were dedicated in early 1980.
